Your deposit is refundable if your request is made more than three weeks prior to the scheduled surgery. Surgery may be rescheduled at any time - however another deposit is required if any changes are made within three weeks of the originally scheduled date.
On the day of surgery, the balance ($2700) is due before the procedure. You may pay this with cash, money order, cashier's check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). We offer a $200 discount for patients who pay cash as we incur extra expense from credit card transactions.
