We offer online scheduling for our patients - below is a link to our schedule for the next three months. Please find a date that will work for you below. After scheduling an appointment, you will be given instructions how to fill out your health history form. Please note: we cannot confirm your appointment until we have a health history form. Please be sure to take care of those steps within 24 hours or the appointment may revert back to being 'open' for other patients.
If you are traveling by air to St. Louis, we recommend purchasing refundable / changeable flights in the unlikely event of a scheduling conflict. We also recommend waiting until you have confirmation from us about your appointment before purchasing any tickets.
We are often completely booked for the 90 days our schedule is open. This is not uncommon as our services are in high demand. The appointments open on a rolling basis exactly 90 calendar days from the appointment date. They open after midnight and are often booked by early morning. If you want to schedule but nothing is available, we recommend getting registered on the patient portal and letting us know via email that you want to be put on the waiting list. When we have a cancellation or open an extra surgical day, we let everyone know simultaneously, and the first person to respond will be moved / scheduled. We know it can be very frustrating to have to wait to schedule, but we do everything through the portal to keep it fair for everyone wanting to schedule. If you're able to come on short notice, please let us know - we occasionally get very little warning if someone cancels, so knowing that someone is available to come with 24 hours notice is helpful.
NOTE: Our schedule opens *90* days from today's date. If you are looking for an appointment more than 90 days away, you will have to wait until it opens. Unfortunately we can't hold appointments 'off the books'. All appointments must be scheduled using this system.
**The $500 deposit is refundable or the procedure date changeable until 3 weeks until the surgery date. Within 3 weeks of the surgery date, no changes can be made without losing the deposit. **
